Healthcare professionals of 12 specializations can take the OET exam. Professionals belonging to Dietetics, Dentistry, Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiography, Pharmacy, Podiatry, Speech Pathology, and Veterinary Science can appear for the OET exam.
The OET test result is released within 10 days of the exam date.
The OET exam is held 24 times a year. That is twice in a month. The test was held in 120 locations across 40 countries.
The writing section is the most difficult when compared to the other sections in OET exam. Plan a schedule and prepare accordingly to clear the OET exam with a good score.
The OET Syllabus consists of 4 sections: Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking. Healthcare professionals seeking to migrate to other countries must clear the OET test with a good score. The minimum OET score required for UK is
Grade B in Reading, Speaking, and listening with 350 marks or above and Grade C+ in writing section with 300 or above score.
Yes! It is possible to prepare OET in a month. However, it would help if you had a clear plan for preparation to cover all the topics. Make a schedule and prepare all the issues thoroughly to master the exam with a high score.
You can retake the test as many times till you get a good score. For some countries, it is required to qualify all the subtests in one sitting. If you fail in one or two subtests, you must clear all four subtests in one sitting.
You must score at least 350 in each of the sub-tests. Based on the requirements of the relevant board or council, you must score in the OET exam.

The OET score is accepted for 2 Years after the test date. After 2 Year, if anyone wishes to go for further studies, they need to appear for the OET exam again.
